Set across two levels, the home has a relaxed coastal feel, with light interiors and practical spaces designed for easy beachside living.
Downstairs, the living area welcomes you with a chaise sofa and natural light filtering through wide windows. Itâs an easy spot to unwind after a day by the ocean. The adjoining kitchen is simple and functional, equipped with everything needed for casual holiday meals. A Nespresso machine makes morning coffee effortless, while the oven, cooktop, microwave and full fridge allow you to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. The dining table sits beside the kitchen, offering space to gather for meals or plan the dayâs coastal adventures.
Step outside to enjoy two outdoor spaces. The upstairs balcony is a quiet place to start the morning with fresh sea air and neighbourhood views, while the grassed yard below offers plenty of room for kids to move and play.
Upstairs, youâll find two bedrooms. The first is set with a queen bed, ceiling fan and cooling, plus access to the balcony that brings in natural light and coastal breezes. The second bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed with a single above a double, making it well-suited for families or small groups. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and vanity, while the convenience of two separate toilets makes mornings easier for everyone.
A laundry with a washing machine and an iron is available, ideal for refreshing beachwear. Off-street parking adds convenience for guests arriving by car.
Please note, this property is not equipped with WiFi.
Please note that the kitchen layout has been slightly updated, and a small section of the flooring is scheduled for repair.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
