Just 250 mtrs to beautiful Geographe Bay, 850 mtrs to Busselton Jetty beach, 600 mtrs to the main shopping area.
A gourmet kitchen, tiled floors, wool carpets, & beautiful lighting, all quality. Treat yourself to a holiday in this amazing home. You will not be disappointed.
This modern home has two levels. One bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor plus a powder room, & two bedrooms, a bathroom & balcony upstairs.
This house truly has class! Live it up a little! One of the best in town.
Two cars only. There is an enclosed garage for one car parking and one on the driveway in front of the garage.
Linen included.
Self-check in from 3pm. Check out 9.50am (ie: just before 10am)
ID required. Must be over 21 years old to book, no teenager bookings.
Names of all guests required. Reference - Holiday Homes Local Laws 2012, Part 3 Obligation of Owners and Managers 3.3 Register of Occupants.
NO SCHOOL LEAVERS
No pets allowed.

Holiday Home – Quick Summary of House Rules
By booking and staying at the property, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Guest Info
Government ID required within 24 hours of booking.
Names of all staying guests must be provided (council requirement).
The booking must be in the name of a staying guest (no third-party bookings).
Guest numbers must match the booking – no extra/unregistered guests.
Adults only.
Strictly No:
Parties, events, or large gatherings
Pets (of any kind)
Smoking or candles indoors
Parking on the lawn
* Respect the Property
Leave the home clean and tidy.
BBQ must be cleaned after use.
Put all rubbish in outdoor bins (no fish or bait inside bins).
Place used towels on bathroom floor, but do not strip beds.
Turn off air-conditioning/heating and lights at check-out. Lock up and return keys to lock box.
Check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.
* Other Important Info
Noise complaints or evidence of parties may result in eviction without refund.
Guests are liable for damage, stains, breakages, or missing items.
Lawn mowing may occur during your stay, especially during summer.
Nature is nearby – insects, frogs, birds, and small wildlife may be present.
* Changes & Cancellations
Date changes within 14 days of arrival incur a $200 fee (refundable if rebooked).
Cancellations follow our Strict Refund Policy (fees may apply).
A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good. Lost key = $200 fee.
