Thank you for choosing to stay at Stayable Properties - Great apartment conveniently located close to shops, the city and 1minute walk to the beach. The house offers everything you need for a weekend away, family holiday or business trip. Secure parking for 1 car and the convenience of self checkin/checkout. You will have a great stay visiting everything Newcastle and the Hunter have to offer. The apartment is in an older building but it has been updated inside.
The Space:
This is a lovely apartment is in a very handy location. Close to CBD, beaches, 2 large shopping centres and public transport.
The apartment is for your exclusive use which included a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 1 car garage, 2 bathrooms and small outdoor area. Please note that the home is in a small complex of 4.
Guest Access:
The guests will have access to the whole apartment.
Getting Around:
Bicycle hire - Interbike/ Swipe N Ride are available for hire for an hour, half day or entire day, it is a pleasant way to explore Newcastle and the Hunter Valley by bike. These bikes can be hired 24hours a day from the Automated Bike Hire Terminals around Town. Free helmetâs, maps and locks are provided with the hire.

Walking - Newcastle is a beautiful city to explore via foot with many scenic walking tracks available. Some popular walks include Bathers Way which spans from Newcastle Harbour to Mereweather Beach. The Fernleigh Track stretches from Adamstown to Belmont, Lake Macquarie. The Bay walk goes from Eleebana to Speers point and is a beautiful lakeside walk.
Taxis - Many taxi services are available in Newcastle, alternately Uber is commonly used.
Bus - Buses are an easy and convenient way to get around the city, with regular services on offer.
Train - Trains and Trams are an easy and convenient way to get around the city, with regular services on offer.
Plane - Newcastle Airport is about half hour drive way, airport transfers can be arranged directly on 4928 9822.
Other Things to Note:
- Please note there is no visitor parking on site, there is 1 secure car space for your use in the garage otherwise cars need to be on the road.
- Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict as it allows our cleaning team to have all houses ready for the next guest, early check-in (from 12pm) or late check-out (12pm) can sometimes be arrange - a $50 fee is required for both ($50 each). This needs to be arranged and paid for in advance as special arrangements do need to be organised. Please note that requests for early access on the day of check in will not be accepted.
- Cancellation Policy is firm
- We will show you 100% respect and we do ask that the same is shown to us, we are in a business where things come up and we will do our best to assist you and rectify any issues asap
- We do have 4 small children 6 & under so we are not always available to take your call or respond to your message straight away but we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also one of those families that travel around in our caravan and we love to get local knowledge on places, if you have a hidden gem you would like to share with us we would very much appreciate it
- We have a welcome book in the house with some of our favourite things to do and places to eat and drink so be sure to check that out
- On confirmation of your booking you will receive an email from us with everything you will need for your stay, please be sure to read over this email carefully as it will tell you everything
- We are only able to provide one set of keys for each stay, we cannot issue a second set under any circumstance

The unit is self check in and we are available by phone if required, we do not live locally. We are one of those families that travel around in our van which is why we can offer up our beautiful homes to guests, it does mean that we are not always available on our phones straight away but we will get back to you ASAP.
