Directly on the beautiful Apalachicola Bay, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers expansive water views, a private screened pool, a sandy beach, and a private dock--making it the perfect escape for families and groups craving peace, fun, and natural beauty.

The home's layout is designed for comfort and togetherness. The primary suite features a king bed and private bath, while the second and third bedrooms offer queen beds (one with an additional twin). The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with custom built-in full-over-full bunks and two custom-made twin-over-twin bunks. Every room in the house enjoys tranquil bay views, bringing the calm of the water indoors. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space on the first floor includes large picture windows, a 55-inch TV with soundbar and Wii gaming system, and direct access to a screened porch with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a dining table for six--perfect for sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises over the bay.

The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats three, while the adjacent dining table seats eight--ideal for coastal meals or game nights. Outside, the screened private pool (heated for a fee of $400 per week) overlooks the bay and is just steps from a private sandy path leading to the shore. Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the dock while soaking in the sunset. An outdoor, enclosed shower makes rinsing off a breeze, and the fish cleaning station and park-style grill are ready for your fresh catch.

Additional amenities include under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, a convenient elevator for unloading gear, and an exterior staircase connecting the living area to the pool and dock. TenneSea Sunset is also pet friendly, welcoming up to two dogs under 65 pounds with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Located just a short walk from the beach and the island’s multi-use path, you'll have easy access to St. George Island State Park, local shops, restaurants, nightlife, and the St. George Lighthouse Museum.

Whether you're splashing in the surf, exploring by paddleboard, or simply enjoying a peaceful sunset over the bay, TenneSea Sunset offers the perfect balance of laid-back luxury and island adventure on Florida's Forgotten Coast.
