This private luxury home in the heart of the james st and calilie hotel precinct is perfect for a family get-away.
We located right in the middle of Fortitude Valley and New Farms Luxury James St precinct.
Only short walk to Howard St Wharves to walk the beaufitul river walkway until you arrive in the Brisbane Downtown area.
With this beautiful architectual designed luxury house in the bustling centre of Brisbane - it's the perfect vacation home.
20 minute drive from Brisbane airport
4 bedrooms (approved for up to 8 guests) with an open plan kitchen, dining, living area with a large 75" Smart TV including upstairs office which has a sofa bed which can sleep two (taking total approved guests to 10). Extra BBQ and dining area located on the level 3 Deck looking out towards Brisbane City/Downtown area.
* Luxury Master Bedroom with King Bed, Smart TV, walk in robe, beautiful ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
* 2nd Bedroom with two Single Beds and full draws for clothing. Perfect for children.
* 3rd bedroom with Queen Bed, Smart TV, full draws for clothing, and full use of the beautiful huge main bathroom with hot tub and rainbow shower.
* 4th bedroom with Queen Bed, Smart TV, full draws for clothing, and own private bathroom with shower and toilet.
* Office which has a sofa bed which can sleep 2. The sofa bed can be used, linen and pillows provided when 9 and 10th guests are listed as approved guests. Sofa bed is not available for use when 8 guests or less.
* Fully equipped, modern kitchen, with living area, sliding doors to the outside table and the pool area. All open plan.
* Large luxury bathroom, shower and bath, with toilets on all 3 levels!
* Level 3 BBQ and dining area for 8 people looking towards Brisbane's Central Business District/Downtown area. Perfect to have a few drinks at the end of a perfect day in this house.
* 4 HD Smart TVs streaming Netflix (supplied by us) But you can add your own accounts of Disney+, PrimeVideo, Hulu, Stan, FoxtelGo etc
* Washing Machine and Dryer.
* Lock up garage onsite for 1 car and one car park outside in the driveway.
We supply washing machine/dishwasher detergent and bathrooms come supplied with shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
Please read our property description carefully where we note that the office has a sofa bed which can sleep two (the 9th and 10th guest for an additional cost per night that AirBNB will add to the rate when you select 9 or 10 guests). The room does have Air Conditioning. This room is perfect for children to sleep in. We added it based on demand from our guests for their children - espeically when two related families would stay.
Wheelchair and accessibility - no bedrooms are on the ground floor so the house unfortuntely is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs.
1. We have a strict no party policy!
2. The maximum number of guests at the accommodation is 10 people. All guests must be approved and all adult guests must be listed on the AirBNB booking. This is a strict requirement. We will only supply linen and towels for the number of approved guests.
3. Car must be parked in the allocated garage and cannot be parked anywhere else on the property, maximum of 1 car allowed.
4. Please respect our neighbours, no outside noise after 8pm.
