Wonderful trip to Harvey’s Lake from start to finish. Our first time staying at this VRBO. The dock, boathouse, dock house, yard, parking and accommodations were perfect for us to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Our Minipoode /Maltese rescue dog, Gypsy, really enjoyed her first trip to the lake. So happy we found this dog friendly rental and such a fabulous host. We were able to take Gypsy with on long walks on the loop above the beautiful year round properties above the boathouse, Rich and Charlotte's for cheese steak and wings on the deck, Jonathan’s restaurant with outdoor-seating on the 2nd floor deck with beautiful sunset and Sips and Dips for ice cream, coffee and a pup cup. We cooked out on the grill, fished, swam, relaxed, enjoyed all the views from sunrise to sunset and slept so well every night. Looking forward to scheduling another get away to celebrate my birthday this fall . Thank you Robert for the hospitality and “exclusive lakefront relaxation” vacation at Harvey’s Lake !

Spectacular Lake getaway!

This was such a wonderful getaway directly on the lake. So clean & has everything you need. The owner was so kind & respectful & checked in here and there. Five stars from us

This house was absolutely perfect for a family getaway! Robert was incredibly accommodating and made sure our family of five was comfortable in the main house. The kids had plenty of space with the couches and blow-up beds, and the main king bed was super comfortable.Having the second property was an amazing bonus and gave us another great space to hang out and spend time together. The dock was perfect for keeping our little Jon boats safe and secure, and the kids absolutely loved jumping off the dock and swimming. To top it all off, an ice cream truck came by on our last night, which completely made the weekend for the kids!We were also thrilled that we could bring our fur baby along with us. The house was well stocked with paper plates, utensils, and plenty of towels—which was a huge plus with the few rainstorms we had. The griddle grill was excellent and made cooking for our family easy.Robert’s son met us when we arrived and took the time to walk us through everything, which was incredibly helpful and made settling in so easy.Overall, this was a fantastic little property that gave our family the perfect opportunity to slow down, enjoy the lake, and spend quality time together. We would definitely recommend it for a family getaway!

Lake House

Check in was easy, Robert is a great host he greeted us upon arrival and gave a quick tour, He is a very nice man and provided a meal,l fornus to cook, snacks and beverages. He was quick to respond with any questions. We had a very nice relaxing time. Would definitely recommend this ifnyou love being on the lake!

Quaint lake cottage

We loved the location and being right on the water. Robert was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. There were snacks and fresh fruit in the kitchen and bottled water in the fridge upon arrival. Robert lives across the road and met us upon arrival. He also texted during our stay to ensure everything was okay. We were there Mon - Thurs and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So Much Fun !!

This property is exactly as described. Right on the water. We can jump in the lake from the deck. Beautiful view from the deck. The owner, Rob, is very prompt to answer any questions. It's perfect for us. So relaxing. Plenty of parking and we brought our kayaks bikes and paddle board for even more fun. This property will not disappoint. We will be back for sure.

My stay was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations. I am a New Yorker who travel extensively. I sometimes find reviews less thank accuarate. In the casebof this property the reviews were understated. Communications with the owner were timely. He greeted me upon my arrival and took the time to familarize me with property. The property was clean and well organinized. I bought a bunch of snacks and stuff for my stay. The owner provided a plethora of beverages, snacks and fresh fruit. The mattress allowed for a good nights sleep. There is lots of outdoor space and seating. I had a family of 8 for dinner and we sat comfortably on the deck. I have a small dog and she had plenty of space to walk around. There is a path opposite the property to exercise her. I had a wonderful stay and would return without a hesitation. My only suggestion for future visitors would be to bring the outside cushions indoors if it rains. They do get soaked and it takes considerable time for them to dry out. This property is perfect for a single person or couple. Read the description carefully if there will be 3 or more people. Thank you Robert from me and Phoebe for a wonderful 3 night visit. We look forward to a future stay.

Excellent Host

Stayed for 3 nights and had a grwat time. All amentities we needed and a great outdoor area. The owner was much more than accommodating.

Lake house getaway

The owner was very accommodating to our last minute booking request. Everything is as advertised. We had a great time swimming, fishing and boating. We would stay here again!

Excellent vacation!!!

It was one of the best weekend we experienced. The place was in perfect place right on the lake. Because I like fishing this was an excellent place for me but not only for me. If you like to enjoy morning coffee on the lake or the evening family barbecue, there is no better place.Finally I would like to thank Robert for everything that he has done for us. Thank you Robert.

Harvey's Lake campout

Stayed here with my sister and enjoyed a family party on the water. Listing is accurate in that its like camping at the water's edge. Great location, great host!
