Lakehouse with beautiful setting, public boat launch within walking distance.

KP Lakehouse is a spacious second floor unit that sits on the Northwest corner of Harveys lake offering beautiful morning sunrises. It offers a rear deck for viewing the koi pond and many wild birds of the area. Gardening is a passion at KP Lakehouse so there is always something in bloom. Accommodations include 2 full bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the second with two twin beds that can be arranged to make a second queen. Each bedroom has a full bathroom including a bathtub and shower.

This is a fantastic property and it exceeded our expectations. The location to the lake is perfect. The house is beautifully renovated and so comfortable. It is so clean. The linens and kitchen are in excellent condition. The host is so thoughtful. I have never stayed at a property before where the host baked bread and left fresh coffee beans to grind!

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The space is so beautiful, so peaceful, and quiet, and the hosts pay wonderful attention to detail in how they have tended to and decorated the interior and exterior of the property and in how they welcome the guests with snacks and coffee. Additionally, the instructions and communications from the hosts were prompt, clear, and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience, and it is clear that the hosts want the guests to have a wonderful experience.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was spacious, very clean and well appointed with comforts like plush towels, comfy bed, and a great coffee station ...and also the homebaked bread...we had a great stay!

This property was fantastic! Prime view of the lake and super clean. Backyard area was unique with a Koi Pond, complete with bullfrogs. The fresh-cut flowers were a very nice touch. Recommend this property to anyone interested.

Rainy weekend

Although the weekend did not go as planned, our stay in this beautiful space was lovely. It was clean and cozy. Our three-year-old son that loved the Koi pond at the back of the property. We would happily stay here again hopefully on a sunny weekend.

The property was beautiful inside & outside in the lovely back yard - which includes a Zen garden with waterfall & Koi! The owners were so accommodating they made our stay memorable. The “apartment” is supplied with everything you would need & the view of the beach across the street was wonderful. The beds were comfortable & the area was quiet. Thanks to the fabulous owners!!!

I stayed here by myself to attend a work training that was local. What a cute place! Very clean and spacious. Great coffee and homeade bread :) View of the lake was pretty. Would stay again. Thank you!

Sweet Perfection!

This lovely apartment is a place I would love to call my own. The 2 bedrrom, 2 full bath design was clever and the interior appointments were lovely and comfortable. From homemade bread, eggs, and half and half readyupon arrival, to Calphalon cookware, we were impressed at every turn. And, everything was spotlessly clean, and the lake views are spectacular, to say nothing of the sweet gardens out back. I hope to be back!were impressed at every turn.

This rental exceeded our expectations. The apartment was extremely clean, neat, and well kept. Lots of nice touches like plush new towels, homemade bread, coffee, snacks etc. We also met the owners, who were very helpful, friendly and polite. I highly recommend this B&B!!

What an amazing property! My family and I stayed here with our one year old. It is in a nice location, is quiet, warm, cozy and very comfortable! KP lakehouse provided many amenities including fresh coffee, snacks and home made bread! It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer with a little one around and a fully stocked kitchen. We would absolutely recommend KP lakehouse and when we return to visit family we hope we can stay here as returning customers! Thanks KP lakehouse for a great stay!

Exceptional Home Away From Home

We spent a long weekend here to get away. What a lovely place to stay! The rental is situated directly across from Harvey’s Lake. We were on the second floor and had a beautiful view of the Lake and full moon from the bedroom. The location was perfect! We spent a day at Ricketts Glen which was only about 30 minutes away and a must go to! The rental was spotless and showed better than the pictures online. There was more than enough room and we really felt very comfortable here. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and were so generous and thoughtful. They really thought of everything and we are looking forward to coming back!

Weekend getaway and fishing

We stayed the weekend for my sons fishing tournament. It was a perfect place. They thought of everything down to homemade bread I used for sandwiches on the boat.

Walk down memory lane.

My sister and I (early 60’s) are from Dallas but moved away many years ago. We recently lost our mother and wanted to come back and walk down “ memory lane.” We love Harveys Lake and were thrilled to find this wonderful rental. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated and amazing landscaping. We really enjoyed our weekend visit and will definitely go back and rent this lovely home again.

Lake vacation

We were very happy with the apartment. The hosts were accommodating, communicated well and kindly started our stay with some goodies and essentials. The unit is very spacious, furniture is in good condition and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms (a big plus) are spotless. The place seems to have been remodeled, redecorated and has nice art work all around. The kitchen is stocked with very good quality pots/pans, plates and utensils. There are 2 ac units. They work very well. Things to note: it's a 5 minute walk to the boat launch. There are 18 steps up to the apartment. That was no problem for us but it may be for others. We went kayaking, swimming and rented a pontoon boat. A very fun vacation!
