Outback townhome was perfect!
Place was immaculate/clean when we arrived. Everything in the home functioned well and home was well stocked with everything we would need. Easy self check in and great location. Highly recommend for a small family who is looking for a contemporary/new home to stay in.

Great place!
We loved staying here in this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout was conducive to a big family, yet, we all felt like we had our own space. The location is ideal and so convenient to the mountain and downtown. Staying on the Seventh Mountain Property gave us lots of fun options like: putt putt, basketball, hiking and more. Perfect getaway!

nice property, good location overall; wish beds were more comfortable; upper bedroom - hard to sleep due to noise coming from the air vent (constant motor like noise); fridge had a bad strong odor - hope you can fix this.

Stylish, well-appointed home with the best location!
The place was clean, well-equipped and super convenient to skiing. With temperatures in the 20s and teens during our stay, we appreciated being able to use the garage and to be so close to Mt Bachelor. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools and the open kitchen/living/dining room space was perfect for family gathering. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog along. She enjoyed the river trails and the great hiking steps from the place!

Awesome rental vacation in bend.
This was the best vacation home I had stayed in the US so far on the west coast in terms of cleanliness ,location,hospitality . It ticked each and every box during the stay . Never disappointed at a single point for anything. We found every small thing we needed especially in the kitchen we could imagine. I'd recommend to family and friends for furture stays and if we come back we would love to stay again.

Family Christmas in Bend
There were 18 of us in two houses. Great set up with each bedroom having a private bath and open floor plan. Walkable to 7th Mountain, minutes to Mt Bachelor and quick drive to downtown. We will do this again.

Perfect modern retreat!
We stayed during the summer for a family outing and thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home. It was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Very new home. Kids enjoyed the foosball table. Internet was strong for work and video conferencing. A few min away from the city, but closer to Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes area. Will definitely stay again for either summer or winter.

bend weekend w. friends
we enjoyed our stay immensely, the home is well appointed, comfortable and has fantastic access to trails. we were a group of 3 couples and really appreciated having ample space, private baths in each room and the pet friendly vibe the house offered.
there was an issue with the smoke detectors in the middle of the night and Arrived (property management co) was there bright and early in the morning to fix the problem. thanks for that!
we are looking forward to a return visit!

Lovely and luxurious
Bright and airy, clean and modern, well maintained, lovely amenities plus, comfy furnishings, quiet location, convenient to mountain rec areas and to town. Great kitchen. All in all a setting for a terrific family vacation. Can walk 1 block to access hiking trails by the Deschutes River
