Beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo with a spectacular view, including a fully screened-in balcony, overlooking a pond w/fountain. Located in the beautiful Sandpiper Bay community, this 2nd floor condo features 1 queen size bed in the Master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a private, full bathroom and sliding door access to the screened porch. The living room and each bedroom have Smart TVs with YouTube TV for Live TV streaming, along with fast Wi-Fi Internet access for all of your entertainment and streaming needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your meal preparation needs, including a Keurig Duo, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, etc. We have a full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and a starter pack of detergent available. All bedroom and bathroom linens are supplied upon arrival. Linens included are sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera. The camera is located by the door facing out toward the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion.

The swimming pool and hot tub are right across the parking lot, along with the tennis courts.

Nice condo!

We have stayed in sandpiper bay for years and this was one of our favorite condos! The owners were easy to communicate with and very nice. The condo was clean and organized with all the essentials. The condo is right by the pool and the dumpster making it easy to walk to both.

Wonderful location for a beach getaway!

Great family getaway

This property is beautiful and located in such a great area. We were far enough to relax but close enough to everything to have a ton of fun. The pool was great, the beach is gorgeous! Lots of great places to eat and shop. Condo owners were great to rent from! The pictures of the place were great but the Condo is even more beautiful in person! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely Wonderful!

The on-line photos do not do this condo accurate justice. It is exceptionally clean with beautiful decor. The booking and check in process were seamless. We enjoyed our extended weekend and are only sorry that we could not have stayed longer. We are looking forward to booking next year!

Great family space

We loved this beautiful, spacious condo for our family meetup from Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan. This condo is well equipped, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. We had everything thing we needed. The swimming pool and tennis courts are conveniently across the parking lot from this unit. We took advantage of the pool, which was large and clean and has plenty of seating. If your group will be using all the beds, we strongly suggest you bring your own linens. The expectation is that guests will launder the linens and laundry used, but it was not physically possible to get all the linens and towels before checkout time. For beach and dining activities, we found our way to both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. Both are a short drive have great restaurants and beaches. We also recommend driving the short distance to Calabash to Gravy Southern Eatery for southern cooking and calabash style seafood. There is a Food Lion and other shops nearby for grocery needs. We also visited the nearby Ingram Planetarium.

Wonderful Sister Weekend

this was the PERFECT place for our annual Sisters Weekend for me and both of my sisters. the youngest loved the patio and being able to sleep in a different bed for every sleep and nap. the kitchen was spacious, the rooms clean, and it wasn't too far from anything we wanted to do on our trip. Thank you for hosting us this year :)
