Beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo with a spectacular view, including a fully screened-in balcony, overlooking a pond w/fountain. Located in the beautiful Sandpiper Bay community, this 2nd floor condo features 1 queen size bed in the Master bedroom, 1 queen size bed in the first guest bedroom, and 2 twin size beds in the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a private, full bathroom and sliding door access to the screened porch. The living room and each bedroom have Smart TVs with YouTube TV for Live TV streaming, along with fast Wi-Fi Internet access for all of your entertainment and streaming needs. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your meal preparation needs, including a Keurig Duo, toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, etc. We have a full-size washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, and a starter pack of detergent available. All bedroom and bathroom linens are supplied upon arrival. Linens included are sheets, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera. The camera is located by the door facing out toward the entrance. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion.
The swimming pool and hot tub are right across the parking lot, along with the tennis courts.

This home was beautiful. The directions provided allowed for us to find the location and check into the home quick and easy. Each room was inviting and makes you feel at home. The owners plan a head and provided cleaning supplies, detergent, towels, beach toys/chairs if needed, and more. Our family plans on returning for our next family vacation!

Best vacation ever!
This is our 4th year staying at this property. It’s the one time each year that I have both of my adult children with me for a whole week, and they love it as much as I do! We all look forward to our stay here, and we all start planning early for our visit the following year. The property is beautiful, it is well maintained, and the owners are very communicative.

Justin and his family are fantastic and we always enjoy our stay in their condo. Thankful they provide us the opportunity to do so. It is clean, close to the beach and the pool and we never have any issues.

Sunset Beach Vacation May 2025
May is a great time to visit! Traffic was light, no waiting at restaurants & parking for the beach was good. The weather was exceptional with temps in the low 80’s all week and blue skies. Beautiful week!!

Clean and Spacious!
We loved this condo, it was spacious enough for our kids to move around freely and the area was nice, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

A Great Week
Fantastic Place!!! Beach theme decor is super nice, very clean, open floorplan is really spacious with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. This place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Great family getaway
This property is beautiful and located in such a great area. We were far enough to relax but close enough to everything to have a ton of fun. The pool was great, the beach is gorgeous! Lots of great places to eat and shop. Condo owners were great to rent from! The pictures of the place were great but the Condo is even more beautiful in person! Hope to stay here again in the future!

Fall Beach Getaway...
The condo is awesome and provided everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. The check in process was easy and Justin was immediately responsive to a simple question I had. It was perfect for my family of 4 and beach access was quick and easy. We will definitely seek this host for our next trip to the area!!
