This boutique, luxe three-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment combines dramatic city-to-bay outlooks with on-site parking and fast access to tram lines in the Free Tram Zone. Two queen bedrooms are joined by a flexible third bedroom set as two singles by default (convertible to one king with 48 hoursâ notice). Work comfortably with ultra-fast Wi-Fi up to 1,000 Mbps (unlimited data) and a dedicated desk with 27-inch monitor, keyboard and mouse. The full kitchen is equipped for longer stays (Nespresso, microwave, oven, cooktop, full-size fridge), and thereâs an in-apartment washer/dryer.
Guest access and facilities
Guests have private use of the apartment and building amenities on Level 9: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and quiet study areas (access with building fob). Self check-in is via a secure 24/7 key locker directly across the road (about a 2-minute walk). On-site car stacker parking is included (maximum vehicle height 1.9 m).
Views toward Docklands
The apartment faces west with outlook to Docklands and Marvel Stadium. New Yearâs Eve fireworks and some event pyrotechnics are visible when scheduled, weather and visibility permitting.
