🔑 Policies & Fees:
Resort Fee: $40 per day (plus tax), collected at check-in (not included).
Valet Parking: $48 daily (plus tax) if on-site parking is required (not included).
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
Management: This unit is privately managed. Marriott staff cannot assist with cleaning, repairs, or extra linens. Please message us directly!

Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services during your stay, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.

🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Please be aware that any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your security deposit. Special Events: Occasionally, the Marriott hosts special events during which certain amenities (the pool area, restaurants, or portions of the private beach) may be unavailable for several hours. No guest compensation will be awarded for any Marriott-hosted special events.

Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.

Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Under ADA/FL law, only documented service animals are permitted (ESAs are not required to be accommodated).
