Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
A tenant resides in the separate basement suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in the attached basement suite. The garage is partitioned into two sections, with one space reserved for the tenant and one exclusively for guest use. For your privacy, the tenant does not have access to the guestâs side of the garage or the home.
