Modern Condo in Downtown Holland: The Huron

The Huron is our largest one-bedroom 2nd floor condo and gets plenty of sunshine with its southern exposure. The fully furnished kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a bar-height table that seats four and additional seating for four at the bar. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and a flat screen tv. The bedroom is spacious and includes a king-size bed, dresser and a large closet. The sleeper sofa in the living room will allow this unit to accommodate up to four guests (bedding available upon request, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice). The bathroom features custom tile, a granite countertop and a large soaking tub with shower.

Centrally located in the heart of the 8th Street business district this condo is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, breweries, Sperry Movie House, and Hope College.

The buildings that house the Lofts date back to the early 1900s. The architectural details and unique construction provide a perfect backdrop for these fully restored and updated condos.

PARKING
Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated lots, and a parking permit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.
