Laketown Landing of Laketown Township, Holland, West Michigan

Laketown Landing is a large, private, 1,800 square feet apartment / condo attached to an owner-occupied home that is spread across two levels. The property used to be a very large in-law's suite that was converted into its own, private dwelling. The entire property is situated on a corner lot, with each home having its own, private driveway and own, private front door.

Laketown Landing is close to Lakes Michigan and Macatawa (less than a mile to each of them) and is less than 15-minute drive to the picturesque downtowns of Holland, Saugatuck and Douglas. A handful of Lake Michigan beaches are also just a 10 to 20-minute drive away.

The main level has a large living room, kitchen, dining table, master bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom and a spare bedroom with a queen bed.

The lower level has a large bedroom beyond the door at the foot of the stairs with a queen sofa sleeper and a day bed and a trundle. There is also a spare bathroom; another bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper; and utility room where the washer and dryer are located. There is not a separate thermostat zone for the basement, and it runs about 10 degrees cooler as the main level.

There are some outdoor spaces as well. A deck with a four-person dining set and a two-person bistro set is accessible off the kitchen through sliding glass doors. Steps from the deck lead to a spacious outdoor patio that has additional seating, a propane firepit table and a Weber grill! Both the patio and the deck are adorned with café lights and surrounded by a wooden fence for privacy.

The facility sleeps up to 12 depending on reservation.
