Absolutely gorgeous home on waterfront. It had plenty of space for my family and the location was convenient to everything. The house is very well equipped and Sharon and Bill are awesome hosts! We will stay here again!

The cabin is so homey and well appointed. The kitchen was very functional and had everything you could need to prepare meals. The entire cabin was very well thought out.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kentucky Deer Run! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care Sharon and Bill have put into making this property special. The home is absolutely gorgeous, incredibly well maintained, and truly feels like a peaceful little getaway.Sharon and Bill were such kind and welcoming hosts. They were communicative from the start and throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The thoughtful welcome gift was such a sweet touch, too! The property was also incredibly dog-friendly, which meant so much to us. Our pups had an absolute blast and loved having the space to explore and enjoy themselves.Everything was pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. You really can tell that the hosts care about their guests having a wonderful experience, and they certainly did that for us. We are so thankful we found Kentucky Deer Run and had the opportunity to stay here. We would absolutely love to come back!

This is hands-down the best place we've ever stayed, and we've stayed at a lot! Usually we don't stay at the same place twice, but we are 100%, without a doubt, coming back to Kentucky Deer Creek. The property is beautiful and the fishing was fun and excellent. Our dog loved seeing all the wildlife and having tons of room to run and play. The owners are extremely nice, responsive, and salt-of-the-earth people. This house is one of the best stocked houses we've ever stayed. If you need it, they have it. The house is on a small inlet of the lake, so there was very little boat traffic, even on the weekend. The views from the deck are gorgeous and we absolutely loved our stay. In fact, we didn't want to go home and can't wait to come back.

This house is great! It was pet friendly. The house is very accessible for a mobile wheelchair. The host are so helpful, and everything went smoothly. 10 out of 10!!! Would def stay here again!!!

Highly recommend! We booked this pet friendly getaway for a long weekend of much needed respite. It far exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated and impeccably appointed, the upscale furnishings and quiet, private lakefront property gave all the feelings of a 5 star hotel with the comfort and familiarity of home. Tucked into a quiet cove and just far enough off the beaten path, it was everything we needed and more to recharge our batteries. Walmart delivered groceries and with a kitchen complete with small appliances and a spice cabinet, we cooked meals and desserts at home and never had to leave. Definitely a sanctuary we plan to visit in Summer so we can enjoy the water even more. Communication was wonderful from start to finish.Value is unsurpassed. I’m a clean freak/over thinker/worrier/germaphobe and the entire home and property were spotless.There would be only one reason to not recommend…and selfishly, that would be to keep this gem a secret so my family can come back again and again without fear of it being booked. lol

Great Vacation Property

We knew this was going to be a great property to stay at when booking it, but the experience upon arrival was better than expected. The views were great and property clean. The kitchen was one of the most well-appointed ones I've ever stayed at! I highly recommend staying at Kentucky Deer Run!

We enjoyed our two night stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed the ping pong table.

I have stayed in many VRBO’s but never one as well appointed as this one. Every detail has been so well thought out. You leave feeling so well taken care of. The lake is so private and serene and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful view of lake!

This property is just lovely. It is very private and peaceful. The host is very thoughtful of the guests needs. The host even provided doggie towels, a croquet set, and wood for our marshmallow roast!
