Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful stay at this Bundall property! The location is super central, just a short, easy walk into Surfers Paradise, but tucked away enough to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle.The house was clean and well-presented with a tidy yard and a great open plan layout that made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together. The kitchen, dining, and lounge area flowed perfectly, creating a great social space.One of the highlights was the outdoor area, absolutely perfect for alfresco dining with a BBQ setup and a heated pool that we used every day. It was ideal for both relaxing during the day and winding down in the evening.The bathrooms were clean and modern, and overall, the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bright, clean and comfortable home in a great location.We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless and filled with natural light, making it a lovely space to come back to. It’s in a very convenient location, which worked well for our busy schedule with three kids competing in a football tournament across two Gold Coast venues. Our group of two families felt very comfortable—there was plenty of space, and the beds were super comfy. The pool was a great bonus, and the kids especially loved sharing the bunk room together.The only small suggestion would be to stock the pantry with a few more basics like pepper and sugar. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we’d definitely stay again!
