Inside “Brise” you’ll find a bright and welcoming 1-bedroom apartment designed for a carefree beach holiday. The private bedroom offers a restful retreat, while the living area includes a handy fold-out lounge for up to two children. The modern kitchen is equipped for simple holiday meals, and there’s a Smart TV and fast WiFi to keep everyone entertained after a day in the sun. Step out to your sunny alfresco space, a sheltered spot to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze any time of day.



Fresh linen, an internal laundry and all the essentials make your stay carefree, just pack your beach towels and settle in.

Spend your days soaking up the sun on Warilla Beach’s long stretches of sand, swim in its gentle waves, or catch a break at one of the local surf spots. Just behind the beach, Little Lake is a local hot spot for tourists, this tranquil tidal lagoon is perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or a relaxed picnic by the water’s edge.

Nearby, Shellharbour Beach and other coastal gems provide even more options for seaside relaxation. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 75% due 13 days before check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your Visa or Mastercard, as fees may apply for declined transactions.

Guest must complete our check-in form (link provided in your confirmation message) prior to arrival.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests and beds are pre-made.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A NO NOISE PARTY POLICY.

We strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our apartments are located in a peaceful area with neighbours nearby, so we regretfully cannot accommodate any loud gatherings, including but not limited to “hens/bucks” parties or “schoolies” bookings. Out of consideration for all guests using the complex, our apartments are best suited for families or groups of friends seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially when using the balconies/outdoor areas. The minimum age for the main guest booking the apartment is 21. Bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds are made up for your convenience. If you plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
