You are going to love waking up to the ocean each morning with your cup of coffee/tea/juice and finishing the day off watching the sun set slip behind the ocean horizon. Amazing views from every window that you will want to snap up.

This property is at the back of main property and is completely private.

Featuring 2 bedrooms (1 x Double bed and 2 x Single beds), great for a small family, couples or workers for our area.
Portacot and sheets available on request (subject to availability).

There is no parking at this property nor on the driveway, guests will have to park on the street. Air-conditioning is at this property to help cool the house down in our hot Aussie summers or warm up in the winter.

Small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook for your short stay. This property has the most amazing views overlooking the ocean. Access to the rocks below for that morning stroll, walk along to get to beach. It is well situated, has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Property is behind the main house. Completely private. Access is through the grassed walkway and on your left.
Parking is on street at front of main property.

This was the second time we stayed at Sea Breeze and loved it. Accommodation is easy to access and very clean. Lovely ocean views, and close to beaches.Only thing, outdoor area being enclosed in glass was extremely hot and impossible to be used, which was a shame. Needs more shade or air circulation. We had a lovely stay, and hope to return in the future.

Excellence Stay at Shell Cove

The property is very nice, right on the bay. Short walk to a sandy beach. Nice view of the water.

I was a bit dissapointed as the first three days i was there there was alot of thumping and sounded like dragging the owners were there i would prefer to be just me as i have anxiety and them being made mr feel anxious and it wasnt peaceful until they left .I understand they have every right to be there but my first ecperiance was so much better as it was just me and the ocean .

Getaway

We were finally able to getaway after lockdown and this was the perfect place to stay. Right on the water, watching the waves crash on the rock platform and going for a swim in the beautiful clean beach was exactly what we needed. Barrack point is a beautiful location with lovely ocean walks and great cafes (and friendly neighbours). The house was lovely, very clean and supplied with all you need - WiFi was excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

Work Trip

This was a beautiful property to stay at, the view is amazing. The unit is well kept and well presented. The only problems with a long stay is there isn’t a dryer or cloths line, the property also doesn’t have a dishwasher and the street parking is on a corner. The host Debbie was brilliant, very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this property to a short stay.

Unexpected weekend

Originally planning to head to a concert when of course the stage sinks, what other way then to sit on a beautiful deck and watch the ocean roll in. Didn't realise just how close the ocean was to the house which was an excellent experience. Place was clean and lovely. A little hard to get to but otherwise, perfect weekend with friends

Beautiful location!

We stayed at the sea breeze for a couple of nights for a family birthday in the area. Absolutely breath taking views of the beach which is a stones throw away! The property itself was immaculate! Even tho I’m originally from the area and knew A few things to do with our kids the owner provided up with a booklet of things to do and see which was very helpful and surprised us with what we didn’t know existed in the area. We come across loads of locals utilising the beach below and all where so friendly! Definitely will be returning in the near future for a place to stay. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful house ☺️ X

Beautiful weekend

This was a fantastic weekend getaway for the family, we had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and well presented. They have a queen bed in the main room and two king singles in the other bedroom. The view was amazing I loved falling asleep at night listening to the waves crash up against the rocks the place was very well equipped except we had to go and buy some wine glasses, so take your own. They had plastic cups and plates for kids which was great. I felt very at home and comfortable and it was a really nice quiet area. The rids loved going down onto the beach area and looking at all the rock pools. We would definitely love to stay again one day. Thank you for such a beautiful location and place. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Weekend stay

The property was very comfortable and clean. Neighbourhood was really quiet. The sound of the waves while having the windows open, was totally awesome. Only two small things...need better lighting in the grass area. Sensor light doesn't come on until you are right at the gate. We needed to use the torches on our mobiles to avoid tripping on anything. Also, the enclosed outdoor area was stifling hot, and we were unable to use it. Needs more ventilation and it would be great to feel the ocean breeze while sitting outside. Had to wait until the shade was over the open area, and then took a couple of chairs there. It was beautiful sitting there with the breeze, even late at night. We really liked the place, and will definitely come back one day.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the location for you.

Thump, thump, thump, thump. This is all we heard during our 4 night stay at this property. The upper and lower floors have no insulation between them, meaning that you can hear every movement above. The occupants (owners or their friends/family perhaps?) had small children, who they let run laps and jump around until 10pm each night, then again from 6am each morning, dragging chairs etc. One morning they decided to vacuum at 7:45am! Very rude and inconsiderate given that the family below were paying to stay at the location. I have children myself and understand they make noise, however when they are shaking the light fittings below, it's too much. The property itself is clean and in a good location, however due to the inconsiderate owners, we did not have the holiday we were hoping for. I'd suggest the owners leave this property vacant when they are present, or invest in some proper insulation or carpet for upstairs. I would not recommend this property at all.

Hi Garth, i have spoken to the owners who send their sincere apologies that you were distrubed during your stay. This was a once a year thing with family coming up from the country and owners are not at property very often. They have taken on you comments regarding putting mats down and are looking into insulation options and were very upset that you did not enjoy your time there. I can only apoligse that the holiday wasn't what you wanted and can ensure that this issue was a once off and noise reduction will be looked into. I haven't had this complaint before and was not aware of any issue previoulsy so again very sorry that you were affected by this. Deb
