This thoughtfully designed apartment features:

- A sleek, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a dining nook
- 2 cozy bedrooms with king-sized beds and direct access to a small balcony, heaters & TVs
- A modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, dual washer/dryer and heated flooring
- A large picture window seat with spectacular mountain and golf course views — perfect for reading or relaxing with a coffee

Stylish premium furnishings, soft lighting, and functional layout make it ideal for short getaways or longer stays.

Below the apartment there is an art gallery / home / food & coffee shop called Winnies Studio! We welcome you to join us for 1 free coffee during your stay.

Please note, this property includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed, wall mounted heaters, spacious cupboard, balcony access and automatic blinds
Bedroom 2: 1 Super King Sized Bed (can be split into 2 Singles), wall mounted heaters, spacious cupboard, balcony access and automatic blinds
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.

Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

There is 1 allocated parking space located directly outside of the apartment, with a sign on the parking space "Winnie's Apartment".

Please note: There is on-going construction in the area due to the constantly growing neighbourhood, this should not affect your stay as the construction will not take place outside of work hours and the apartment is very well sound proofed.

Guests have full private access to the apartment, including:
- One secure off-street car park
- Balcony access from both the lounge and bedrooms
- Full kitchen and laundry facilities
- Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort

Located in the sought-after Jack’s Point village, this apartment is surrounded by dramatic landscapes and high-end architecture. You’ll be just minutes from:

- Jack’s Point Golf Course and clubhouse restaurant

- Local eateries and the Remarkables Market (weekends)

It’s a quiet and safe area, ideal for those seeking a peaceful Queenstown base away from the crowds.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for convenience, especially if you plan to explore beyond Jack’s Point. Drive times:

- Queenstown Airport – 10 minutes
- Remarkables ski field base – 5 minutes
- Queenstown town centre – 20 minutes

Alternatively, local bus services connect Jack’s Point to Frankton and Queenstown.

House Rules:
Maximum of 4 guests
At least one guest must be over the age of 23
No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.
3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5
Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
