Architect designed and beautifully appointed, highlights include relaxed lounging and sleeping spaces, plus a state-of-the-art kitchen with European appliances flowing seamlessly into al fresco dining space in lush, sunny gardens.
Enjoy the newly installed air-conditioning to keep you cosy in winter and cool in summer.

This cool, comfortable and inviting apartment has all the sophistication of a New York loft space but in the vibrant coastal community of Cottesloe.
Architect-designed by MJA Studio for optimal flow, the apartment features bright, gallery style walls that give the space an expansive feel and optimise all the natural light that streams in year-round.
Easily accessible from the airport by train and well serviced by local buses, there is also a dedicated car bay on site for your personal use. Once you unpack, many enticing options await you â whether thatâs a quick nap in the queen-sized bed, lounging in the living area, freshening up in the modern bathroom or chilling outside in the courtyard.
When you need refreshment, the full-sized kitchen complete with the latest Bosch appliances, gas cooktop and integrated fridge has you covered. Rustle up a gourmet feast with goodies acquired from local fooderies including Cottesloeâs iconic Boatshed Market, or dine out at one of dozens of chic eateries offering everything from fresh local seafood to Asian, European or more exotic fare.
