This modern apartment offers a comfortable and spacious layout designed for relaxing and gathering. You`ll find:
đ Multiple Bedrooms â Each room is thoughtfully furnished with quality beds, fresh linen and a desk in case you need to work.
đ Open-Plan Living Area â A light-filled space with comfy seating, smart TV, and access to a private balcony.
đœ Fully Equipped Kitchen â Complete with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials to cook and dine in.
đ Contemporary Bathroom(s) â Clean and modern with shower, toilet, and complimentary toiletries.
đ§ș Laundry Facilities â In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
đ Balcony â Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine.

THINGS TO NOTE:
ACCESS: You have full access to the property. We are just a phone call or message away during your stay.
REMEMBER: Please note that access to the property is via a spiral staircase located within an outdoor restaurant seating area, which opens to the public at 5 PM. There is also an additional spiral staircase entrance available, separate from the restaurant area.
PARKING: There is no onsite parking. There is paid time limited parking across the road at the markets.
INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly.
NOISE: Please note that the property is not in a quiet location. However, there are no nearby neighbors, so you wonât need to worry about disturbing anyone.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. BYO beach towels.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don`t have to worry - see house rules for the details.
PETS: No pets allowed on the property.
SECURITY CAMERA: Please be aware that there is a security camera inside the front door facing towards to the front door and out to the laneway.
