Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. If youâd like guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability). We may be able to accommodate early check-in on the day, depending on prior bookingsâbut this cannot be guaranteed.
đ Late Check-Out
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. For guaranteed late check-out, please book an extra night. Otherwise, it may be available (fees may apply) and can only be confirmed the evening before departure.

Unfortunately, weâre unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to safety and insurance requirements.
đ Parking Access (If Included)
Parking is only accessible during your reservation period. We canât offer early arrival or extended parking time, as the space may be required for turnover by our cleaning team.

Parties and Gatherings
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and gatherings arenât allowed. A penalty of $500 will apply and may result in the termination of your stay without a refund if this rule is violated. đđ«
Noise Guidelines
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours: 7 PM to 8 AM. đ
No Smoking
This property is strictly non-smoking. đ If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, it may result in a fee of up to $1,500 from the fire rescue department. Please help us keep everyone safe! đ„
Tampering with smoke alarms, covering them, or turning them off will result in a $300 penalty. đš
No Pets
While we love animals đŸ, we canât accommodate pets due to allergies and other concerns. Bringing pets to the property will result in a $300 penalty, plus the cost of any damages/extra cleaning caused by the pet. đ¶â
Keys
Youâll receive one set of keys. If you need an extra set, just let us know, and weâll do our best to accommodate you. đïž Please note that lost keys come with a $250 fee plus locksmith charges and GST.
Please keep your keys and access cards with you, as we wonât be onsite after hours. If you get locked out, call-out fees will apply:

đ 7 PM to 10 PM: $80
đ After 10 PM - 9 AM: $120 (Subject to availability.)
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. â° If you need to adjust these times, just reach outâweâll do our best to help! Late check-out is available for $25 until 12 PM. đ
Towels
Each guest receives one towel. If youâd like extra towels, just give us a heads up a day before check-in for a small fee of $8 each. đ§ââïž
Keep It Clean
We kindly ask that you keep shoes off the bed and furniture. Please take care with food and drinks to avoid spills đœïž, and remember to clean up after using the kitchen. We appreciate your cooperation! đ§č
Please avoid flushing any feminine products đœ, as this can damage the septic system. If blockages occur due to improper disposal, repair costs may apply.
Respect the Environment
Please donât throw any litter out of the windows. We appreciate your help in keeping the property tidy! đ
Guests
Only those listed in your booking are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests visit, they are the responsibility of the primary guest. đ„
If the guest maximum occupancy is exceeded, we may need to ask extra guests to leave. đȘ
Reporting Issues
Should you encounter any cleaning or maintenance issues, please notify Aliceâs Home within 3 hours of check-in. Any concerns reported beyond this timeframe will be considered your acceptance of the propertyâs condition. đ ïž
Conduct
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and the property, we reserve the right to request a guest's departure if there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activity, damage, or potential harm. No refunds will be issued, and alternative accommodation will not be provided in such cases. đš
Access for Maintenance
We ask for your understanding in allowing access to the property for necessary repairs or inspections, with reasonable notice. In emergencies, we may need to enter without prior notice. đ ïž
Liability
As this is a privately owned home, neither Aliceâs Home nor the Owners are responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. We also cannot be held liable for lost or stolen personal belongings. By staying with us, you acknowledge these risks. â ïž
Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to items in the home. This includes furnishings, linens, and other contents. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest. đž
