There are 2 carspace for car, ute or van at front of the house and free off street parking. This property is on busy road and the front gate is lockable. Linens, towels and beds are only provided enough for number of guests booked, 1 bedroom might be locked when you book for small group, message me in advance if you have large group and need all 5bedrooms.

This one storey 5 bedrooms house is very comfortable for family, group, friends, travellers, workers. There are 5 bedrooms each has 1 Queen bed, sleep up to 10 guests. There are 2 full bathroom, one bathroom has standing shower over the bath and another bathroom has standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, plates, bowls, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. The lounge room is open to kichen with TV, sofa, dinning table and chairs. There are washing machine, iron and iron board. There are ducted airconditioners, standing free fans and downlights. The back undercover verandah attach to the house have outdoor table, chairs, bbq. Outdoor cameras located at the front and back of this property.

Check out latest 9am or $50 fee apply. Late check out must be asked in advance as our housekeeper is schedule in on time 9am on check out date.

You will received extra money request of 1K from us if breach 4 points below:
1. No family/friend visit, No more people than number of guests booked. All bookings are required to book for number of guests come in the house. No family visit
2. Night time stay inside the house with doors and windows close and reduce noise level to neighbours. Strictly from 9pm: No loud music/noise/talking/argument or fighting at the backyard, front of the house and in front street all which affect neighbours.
3. Guests are required to pay for house DAMAGES if any.
4. This is not a party house: No Weddings, Birthday, Celebrate any events day or night

Few things to note:
* No family/friend visit
* Dryer: there are extra fee to use the dryer
* There are guests stay at the back house which you will be sharing dryer, driveway and back garden therefore not suitable for pet.
* No Pet
* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one at home
* If you stay on Monday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like the neighbours for collection early Tuesday morning. We really appreciate this.
* Guests don’t have access to garage
* All Guests must follow our check out requests on the fridge, general tidy up, wash all dishes, all rubbish to large bins at the back of the house
* Front gate is lockable.
