Adventurer’s Nook is a one‑of‑a‑kind Gorge getaway tucked just minutes from the Mountain Parkway in Campton! This stationary cabin, built from a thoughtfully remodeled RV frame, blends rustic charm, reclaimed barn metal, wooded views, the private hot tub, and a porch grill into one memorable escape!
Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and adventure-lovers, & made for simple stays, trail days, hot tub nights, and easy access to nearby hiking, dining, scenic drives, and classic Gorge adventures.

- Adventurer`s Nook is a non-smoking and non pet-friendly home. -

• Amenities include a compact kitchen with the essentials needed for simple meals and snacks, plus Wi-Fi, flat-screen Smart Roku TV, porches with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, firepit, and private hot tub.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom/Open Sleeping Area: Queen Bed

• Bathroom:
- 1 full bathroom with stand-up shower

• Outdoor amenities include a private hot tub tucked among the trees, porch grill, firepit, wooded views, and outdoor seating for relaxing after a day exploring the Gorge.

• Special Note: Adventurer’s Nook is a stationary cabin-style stay and cannot be moved. While the original wheels and hitch are still attached, the structure has been secured to the ground, connected to a septic system, and does not use the RV water intake. It functions much more like a tiny cabin than a traditional camper or travel trailer.

• Fresh linens and towels are provided. We also include an Essential Starter Pack to make your stay easier: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 3 trash bags, dish soap, and 1 fresh sponge.

• Firewood and charcoal are not provided. We encourage purchasing firewood locally to help prevent the spread of invasive species and protect our beautiful wooded areas. Please plan to bring charcoal for the grill. Firewood is available for purchase on the road leading to the cabin.

• Parking + Access: The property is located off a well-maintained, mostly flat gravel road and should be easily accessible by standard 2WD vehicles under normal weather conditions. 4WD is recommended during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other inclement weather. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, and trailers are prohibited.

• Location Note: Adventurer’s Nook is conveniently located near the Mountain Parkway, so road noise may be heard. Nearby cabins may also be visible due to the growing developments in the area. This is a great fit for a unique, convenient, cozy Gorge stay, but it is not a deep-seclusion cabin.

• A Note About Nature:
You’re staying in the heart of Kentucky’s Red River Gorge, surrounded by the beautiful Appalachian Mountains and all the nature that comes with them. While our cabins are professionally cleaned and routinely treated for pests, occasional insects and other woodland visitors may still make an appearance—especially during warmer months. This is a natural part of staying in a heavily wooded mountain environment and does not necessarily indicate a cleanliness or pest-control issue.

• Direction Note: You will receive the exact property address and GPS-friendly written directions before check-in. GPS may misroute in rural areas, so please follow the written directions provided.

- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year`s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
