Our home comprises 4 bedrooms and boasts a beautiful modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room which seamlessly open to the balcony where you can take in the fresh sea air.

On the ground floor there is a rumpus room containing a pool table, TV and oversized bean bag chairs for lounging. The rumpus room opens onto a back deck with outdoor dining table and bbq.

Take a break in the relaxing outdoor spa or enjoy an evening BBQ while the kids play in the large, grassed backyard or sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows while you share a laugh with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, blender as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils.

Both bathrooms feature heating, walk-in shower and a toilet. The ground floor bathroom also includes a freestanding bath.

With its large footprint the house is perfect for a group of friends, large families or even multiple families to enjoy.

Before your arrival, we will share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.

Key Inclusions –
- Reverse cycle air-conditioning to living areas and lower level bedroom
(air-conditioning in first floor living areas high enough capacity to
service the bedrooms on this floor).
- Remote controlled ceiling fans included in first floor bedrooms
- All linen and towels are included for your stay, however we do not
provide beach towels.
- Quality bathroom products including hairdryers and bodywash,
shampoo and conditioner by Sukin.
- Smart TVs in both living areas.
- Portable Bluetooth speaker within the rumpus room.
- High chair and porta cot for our junior guests.
- The kitchen is well stocked with all the key items you will need for your
stay and pantry basics including tea, coffee (including pods), sugar, milk,
cooking spray and oil, foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper etc.
- For our four legged guests we have a pet kit including food and water
bowls, blankets, and a few toys to try out in the backyard.
- Wi-Fi including boosters to cover all areas.
- Washing machine, iron, ironing board and laundry basics (washing
powder and softener).
- Off-street parking for 3 cars.
- Please note, firewood for the firepit is only supplied to guests from May
to September. If you are staying outside of these months, please be sure
to pick some up on your way!
