Shelleys - Pet Friendly - Short Walk to Beach
Escape to the sand at Shelley's â a lovingly kept, pet-friendly beach house in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few short steps to your own beach track down to Culburra Beach. Sunny, relaxed living zones, leafy decks and an enclosed yard make this an ideal spot for easy beach days, family fun and long afternoons on the deck with a BBQ.
Upstairs offers a bright, central kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and a handy revolving pantry, flowing into a cosy lounge and dining area that open to the covered deck with glimpses of the beach. Downstairs provides extra space to spread out: a family room with a corner lounge, flat-screen TV, DVD player and a Wii game console, plus a garage games haven stocked with table tennis, boogie boards, fishing gear and other beach toys. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and plenty of off-street parking (room for cars and boats).
The layout suits families and groups â three bedrooms (two queens plus bunks) and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced yard is perfect for dogs to enjoy some safe outdoor space.
Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear, front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
- NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask.
