This two-story home is entirely yours and combines two apartments on a ground and upper floor level for a total of four bedrooms – both with air-conditioned bedrooms, open-plan living areas, and fully equipped kitchens. It's a great option for a group of friends, a multi-generational family or couples looking to spend time together while being able to retreat to their private spaces. While the bedrooms have A/C, the living areas have ceiling fans (no A/C).

Downstairs, enjoy a relaxed, tropical vibe with an airy living and dining room that opens directly onto a private terrace – perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails with ocean views. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom is right next to the second bathroom. There's even a small BBQ for easy outdoor dining.
