There are 4 generous living areas (upstairs and downstairs), 4 Smart TVs with Netflix, Stan, Disney Plus and YouTube, 2 delightful dining spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms with built-in robes (3 downstairs, 1 upstairs), 2 bathrooms (one with spa bath) plus a separate powder room, and a contemporary, entertainers kitchen with all the amenities you could want plus a new family Webber BBQ! Upstairs is a parents retreat with master bedroom, a spacious beautifully furnished living space with Smart TV, a balcony with outdoor sitting area, walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath and separate toilet.
Guests can also enjoy 2 covered alfresco areas - one is fully enclosed and opens out to the garden through sliding glass doors, it features a large dining setting, Smart TV and comfy sofa bed (Coco Republic) making it the perfect space for entertaining with family and friends and a play area for kids, the other covered alfresco has outdoor lounges and overlooks the back garden with an extra large trampoline, basketball ring and outdoor play kitchen to keep the kids entertained.
Other details include polished floorboards throughout and large windows overlooking the private gardens and views across to Arthurs Seat. Guests can enjoy year-round comfort with ducted heating, evaporative cooling and split system heating and air conditioning. The laundry offers full facilities with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. This property has 4 off-street parking spaces in the driveway (the garage is unavailable).
