Water: We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.

Noise: Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified and take action accordingly.

Number of guests: The number of guests must not exceed the number agreed to at the time of booking.
