The home was renovated in Jan 2022, including an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It’s designed for real-life travel: easy meals at home, laundry on site, and a comfortable living area for downtime after a day out.

Required resort fee (collected by Regal Palms at check-in)
Regal Palms charges a resort fee of approximately $22 per day plus tax per unit, collected at check-in by the resort (not charged by the owner). This fee is set by the resort and may change.
Snowbirds: discounted resort fee may apply for stays of 30+ days — please contact Regal Palms directly for current rates and details.

The area: Four Corners convenience
Four Corners is one of the most convenient bases for Central Florida travel:
* Quick access to groceries, coffee, and casual dining
* Target and Walmart about 15 minutes away
* Easy drives to ChampionsGate and the Hwy 192 dining/attractions corridor
* Universal and SeaWorld are typically reachable by car depending on traffic
* Great for day trips across the Orlando area without being in the middle of the crowds

House expectations (simple and reasonable)
We don’t ask guests to “clean the house,” but we do ask that it’s left neat and tidy. Basic checkout expectations include bagging trash properly (no loose trash), leaving the kitchen tidy, and placing used towels by the washing machine. Full cleaning is handled by our team.

As with most of Florida, occasional insects are normal. Regular preventative pest control is in place—please keep doors/windows closed and store food properly.
