Good place to stay.

The property is very clean. The layout of the house worked very good for a family of 4. Location is very convenient to Orlando attractions.

Excellent property manager

Stayed for March, 2023, house was very clean. Our only issue was with the pool heat but upon contacting Robert it was quickly solved. Robert checked in with us frequently that all was well with our rental. Excellent location, highly recommend!

My stay was awesome. The owner was very helpful with everything that we needed. Had a issue with the operating of the tv cable, I called him and he came right over and fixed it, and assisted me with understanding everything about the house. Thank you Robert, we will definitely stay there again

Orlando Vacation 2019

We are very please with this rental home and its location. Surrounding homes are well kept and quite that make me feel safe. The house is clean with all working equipment. It has a good size swimming pool too. Our children love it. Overall, I strongly recommend this house to whomever come to the area for vacation. Thank you Robert. Tommy

Comfortable house

Enjoyed our stay. Needed to pay to heat the pool as this was one of the biggest highlights for our boys & it was too cold to swim in otherwise. Close to lots of restaurants & grocery stores. Hungry Crab about 30 mins south has great seafood. Relatively easy to get to Disney & Universal. Robert was very easy to reach when we needed anything. Thanks!

Very quiet area will stay here again

My family had a great time here the owner is wonderful I gave him some suggestions and he attended to them right away .the house was clean beds are very comfortable ,outside furniture is out dated but the is going to undate that in the next year. I like to eat in a lot and I found the kitchen had enough glasses and dishes and pots and pans and having the ice maker wonderful we stayed here fior 5 weeks and have already booked for next year

Not satisfied

The pool wasn't heated had to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The house was either to hot or to cold no in-between.

The home itself was nice, area is very quiet. However response from the host was minimal at best. Family arrived about 3 hours ahead of me, upon arrival it was brought to my attention that there was only 3small wash cloths available, and the tvs in the double bed room and blue queen room were not functional due to no remote/batteries. I immediately reached out to the host(midnight, expected to hear back next day). Upon receiving a message back, he stated no washcloths available and gave me an emergency line to call , as he was out of town for the holiday . The emergency line indicated they couldn’t help and stated that the owner is only receiving a small amount of money for my reservation, so a basic housekeeping package was all we get. 7 adults and 2 kids, and only 3 washcloths available. Check-in instructions were only a check in time and a door code. Upon checking out, no instructions were given so we washed all of our dishes by hand because the dishwasher was filthy. And pulled all linen off beds, left all towels used in a pile. Two days after checking out I was contacted by the emerg# that the house was a mess and was sent pictures of the towel pile, and the linen pulled. This is usually the norm for checkout, but apparently not for this location. Again great home, host and emergency contacts ehhhh not so much, communication could have been better. Offer linen packages if you don’t provide enough towels etc.

heating pool and hot tub didn't work

pool cold, hot tube didn't work, no info on vrbo of this. Pissed me off. Manager said no adverting of it. It was on there. screen was broke out on pool. contacted manager. said get someone down there next week. Never did. let leaves into pool and animals could come in. Not good for kids. smoke alarms missing and low battery. lamp didn't work right. bad switch. lighting is really dim in bedrooms. Not very much stuff in kitchen to use for cooking. silverware spoons was the baby spoons for baby,s. Not a lot of pots and pans. Knives were all real duel. some blinds were bent and could see right through. TV in some rooms were missing. pool circulation pump for filtering is real loud if sitting out side. toilet shut off in tank would not refill tank sometimes. Owner seems to want rent but not fix the stuff. Had to shake door back an forth so bolt lock would go into hole. If not door could be pushed open if you don't check it. The duct work is not designed very good. real cold in certain rooms and hot in the others. other then that the house had a nice design. Seemed pretty clean except pool from leaves. The pool to skim with was broke. The brush for pool did not have the extra pole for reach. Would I rent it again. No because I really wanted the hot tub because we did a lot of walking on vacation. One of the reasons why I rented it. If you want to grill it was charcoal only. could not use garage. Locked up. not on website. garabage cans were full when we arrived. I had to set them out that week. They say they will take care of it after we leave but did not. Very few towels to use for taking a bath and pool. only about 4 extra blankets for a house that sleeps 8. In turn it was not that bad of house to stay in. Just needed things fixed that the guest book even said was broke. Bad Bad Bad. Hope owner fixes the stuff that needs fixed. please fix the pool and hot tub heater. or post it on the website if your waiting on part. So others don't rent expecting to heat the pool and have a hot tub.

Even Better than the pictures

We really enjoyed our stay! we met up with some friends and took our boys to legoland. Close to a lot but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The communication was great and the place was roomy. Don’t forget shampoo and conditioner. As described only the starter things are provided. The pictures don’t do this place justice it was perfect for our getaway. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood was so quiet and Publix is only 4 minutes from the house.

Family gathering

I hosted a 70th birthday bbq for my dad as well as meet up with my Florida family. It was confortable, spacey, and great outdoor space. My family had an amazing time. Thank you for everything.
