Tucked away in a quiet corner of the suburb, our home features a relaxing backyard and is just a stone's throw from the lively Victoria Park strip.
From craft beer and international cuisine to boutique shopping, the strip offers something for everyone! You could easily spend hours exploring all it has to offer.

- 1 bathroom (with bathtub)
- Secure parking with no height restriction
- Back patio with outdoor seating and heater!
- Central A/C and heating throughout the home
- Washing machine and dryer combo in the home

- Comfortable living area with sofa
- Smart TV with access to your favourite streaming services! (Free-to-air is not currently available.)

Getting Around:
Accessible via rideshare apps, there is also a bus stop conveniently located at the front of the home.
Other Things to Note:
A gardener may stop by during your stay to tidy up the front yard, but he wonât disturb you at all.
Please note that our backyard is an open space that opens up to a communal driveway, therefore limited privacy.
