We highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach getaway. The property is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful ocean view condo with everything we needed during our stay! Incredible views and just a few steps from the beach made this one of our favorite family vacations. Loved everything about this place! Location, Location, Location! Great view and just steps to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella with a wagon provided to haul it all! Breeze Trolley stop right on the corner made it convenient to go to the Village or the other way to Turtle Beach. Communication with the host was great and any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Place was clean and well stocked. We will return sometime in the future.

Unit was as described in listing - clean, all listed amenities, and excellent location across the street from beach entrance #11 and on the bus (Breeze & Frog) stop. Elevator to 3rd floor unit and stairs optional. Perfect beach and sunset views from living area and bedroom. Owner was very responsive in all communications. Would definitely rent this unit again.

The views from the lanai were beautiful all day long! The beach and water were great. It was an easy walk or trolley ride to the village. Great selection if restaurants.

Being high at 3rd floor penthouse levels offers breathtaking views of the beach and the Gulf....even from the bedroom window. It's great waking up in the morning with beautiful views of Siesta beach. Walking to Siesta Village is an easy walk of about only 20 minutes. And the free trolley that passes by our unit is a great option if you wish to be driven to the Village and not be concerned about finding a parking space. Pick up the trolley right in front of our condo. We look forward to being your hosts again. Al & Joanna

To add to your comments, there's a FREE Trolley that stops at the corner of our condo building. This Trolley takes visitors to Siesta Village in about 2-3 minutes. If one prefers an easy stroll, it takes only about 15-20 minutes from our condo Our location is ideal. From inside our condo there are breathtaking views of the beach. And we are close to Siesta Village, with restaurants, shopping, etc. Joanna and I were glad to be your hosts and we hope you return again.

Nice clean condo across from the beach!!

Condo was clean and perfect for the two of us. Short walk to the beach! Owner is very easy to get a hold of. Met some nice people that stayed there as well. Loved how quiet the property is.

You mentioned it's a short walk to the beach....and you are correct if you mean walking to the shore line where the waves hit the sand. Actually, the sandy beach itself starts only about 50 steps from our condo. But because Siesta Beach itself is so wide, it takes a few more steps to get to the water. Property has beautiful ocean views and is close to Siesta Key Village and has direct beach access to Siesta Key Beach! Condo is very nicely decorated with covered parking.
