With 3 bedrooms on the upper level and 2 more in the fully finished basement, the house easily accommodates up to 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 comfortable queen bed and 4 double beds, making it ideal for families, friend groups, traveling professionals, or longer-term stays.

What truly sets this home apart is the rare feature of two full kitchens, one located on the main floor and the other in the basement, each fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. This setup offers added flexibility and convenience, especially for larger groups or families who want the option to prepare meals independently. The open-concept living and dining area on the main floor is perfect for gathering, working, or relaxing, and it’s cooled with a portable A/C unit during the warmer months.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house.
You'll receive a unique passcode a few days before check-in for smooth, secure self-entry. Enjoy your stay at your own pace with no shared spaces or interruptions.



House Rules Summary:

• Check-in at 4 PM or anytime after; checkout by 11 AM
• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events – please keep noise to a minimum
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight
