The Hudson is a comprehensive rehabilitation of the historic Hudsonâs Bay building in Victoria, converting this once grand department store into modern flats. Exquisite Hudson has a lovely 1174-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria and a bonus of having your personal BBQ. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 den unit with king bed in the master bedroom and queen in the second bedroom. Large sitting area for visiting or watching TV. Open concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout.
Exquisite Hudson is within walking distance of all the major and minor downtown attractions. Just a few blocks from the Inner Harbour and a few more to the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum. Restaurants and shopping are also just out your front door. There is also a lovely common area on the same floor that has an inside and outside component. Take your coffee and newspaper and enjoy the gas fireplaces while you do some excellent people-watching!
Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $180.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note: All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
There will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival requesting your access preference, then 7 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.
Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
