Set along the first fairway at Harbour Town Golf Links, this PET FRIENDLY villa presents the ultimate Sea Pines experience for you and your four-legged friend. Those views out to the course are beautifully framed by dual sets of sliders in the living and dining rooms, each leading out to a sun-dappled patio offering al fresco dining beneath a wide umbrella.
This scenery infuses the combined space with light, from the deep cerulean of the sleeper sofa and loveseat facing a flat-screen TV in the living room to the coastal rattan seating for four around the dining room table.
Beautifully opened to the dining room, the expansive kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and ample counter space for working your culinary magic. A nearby washer and dryer and convenient powder room round out the propertyâs many homey amenities.
Each of the villaâs two suites indulges with comfort and lush natural light. In one suite, a king-size bed gazes out toward the first fairway, with a flat-screen TV at its foot and a ceiling fan above. Its private suite enjoys a wide vanity as well as a walk-in closet. The second suite pairs two queen beds with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath with walk-in shower.
With the majesty of Harbour Town Golf Links just beyond the back door, and all of the shopping, dining and excitement of Harbour Town just a short walk away, this breathtaking villa puts you in the heart of it all.
