- Community amenities are available for an additional fee paid upon arrival at the Big Bass Lake HOA's administration office. The fee can also be paid at the pool during the summer. Wristbands for the community amenities cost $8/day per person Monday-Friday, $10/day per person on weekends and holidays, or $35/week per person
- The seasonal community outdoor pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; the seasonal community indoor pool is only open from Labor Day to Memorial Day
- Firewood is available to purchase on-site for a $50 fee (unlimited use). Please notify the Guest Contact after booking — availability may be limited during the cold months
- This 2-story home requires stairs to enter. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on 1st floor
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera by the front door facing the entrance, 1 camera on the back of the house facing the screened-in porch, and 1 camera by the trees facing the backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
