Secluded House is situated on a serene cul-de-sac that ends with the river. This 3 bedroom house is a perfect getaway with a river and wild woods in the backyard . Enjoy your time in the award winning community with multiple amenities such as pools ( indoor and outdoor), playgrounds, lakes , trails and more! Make smores and everlasting memories next to our fire pit and indoor gas fireplace .

The space
This open floor property will accommodate any family with easy access to all bedrooms, laundry , dining room, kitchen and spacious deck all on the same level .
Fully stocked kitchen will make it easy to prepare any lavish dinner or a quick breakfast . We aim to have all basic necessities: coffee, tea, sugar , salt /pepper, seasonings, stove, microwave, dishwasher ,coffee maker , tea pot , Keurig, mixer toaster , etc
Master bedroom : king size bed and private full bath
Bedroom # 2 : Queen size bed
Bedroom # 3: Twin size bed with additional trundle bed
Another folding bed ( twin size ) is available upon request .
Property has 2 full bathrooms ( Showers : no tubs)
We supply all needed linens , pillows, blankets , towels , electric blanket for extra comfort during cold winter nights .
LIVING ROOM : enjoy gas fireplace on a sofa with recliner seats, oversized recliner and a massage chair . TV has an "APPLE Tv " with Netflix , PRIME TV , Youtube , etc.

Wifi is available throughout the property

Washer and dryer is located on the same level .

BIG BASS COMMUNITY :

Recreation Center houses the Indoor Pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, Tree Top Lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center.
Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills. Sledding/tubing is at your own risk.
Outdoor Pool & Splash Pad, Tennis courts, Playgrounds, lakes access , boat rental , etc . Please visit Big Bass Lake Community website for full list of amenities .

NOTE : Some amenities are seasonal .

Community will charge guests following fees to use amenities:
Daily pass: weekday $8 / weekend $10 per day per person.
Weekly pass: non holiday $30 / holiday $50 per week per person.
Kids under 7 years old -no charge.

House Rules : This wonderful community is a full time home for many residents and wildlife . Please be considerate and maintain quite time between hours of 11 pm and 7:30 AM . Although this property is VERY private and practically doesn't have any neighbors, we do not allow any parties since noise travels far .
Guests must complete rental permit with association at least 3 days prior to arrival .
Early / late check-in are available upon request .
All pets must be approved . ( $150 fee)
