With two full bathrooms, a stylish kitchen, and a spacious, open layout, this thoughtfully designed home sets the scene for relaxed family time, shared meals, and easygoing moments between adventures on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
This home is perfectly positioned for laid-back stays between beach days, rounds of golf, and exploring the charms of nearby Victor Harbor. Just five minutes from McCracken Golf Course, it even offers space to store your clubs. Step through the cheery yellow door into a spacious, single-level retreat designed to suit both families and business travellers with ease.
At its heart is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area where natural light pours in through large windows. Cook up family meals in the well-equipped kitchenâcomplete with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and an espresso machine for that essential morning coffee. The dining area seats six comfortably, while the lounge invites you to relax with a movie. A second living room with an additional TV provides space for kids to hang out separately. Sliding doors lead to a leafy backyard where youâll find an outdoor setting with BBQ, perfect for al fresco breakfasts or sunset drinks, while children can run around the enclosed garden.
