The delightfully airy open floor plan breezes you in as you enter, guiding you to the lushly spacious living room. Here, a leather sleeper sofa and dual armchairs face a large flat-screen TV in a space that exudes comfort. Nearby, the elegant dining room offers seating for six expandable to eight around a farmhouse-style table while a convenient wine cooler keeps the conversation flowing. Sliders from both spaces open up to a wide patio with al fresco dining for four beneath a patio umbrella, with rolling views of the 1st, 9th and 10th holes of Harbour Town Golf Links beyond.
Just beyond bar seating for two we find the well appointed kitchen, with leathered granite counters wrapping around a full suite of appliances. A nearby washer and dryer offers all the conveniences of home, and a half bath rounds out the main floorâs amenities.
Both guest suites, situated on the second floor, offer comfort and serenity.
