This three bed three bath luxury condo located in Sea Pines sits on the 1st hole of the Harbour Town Golf Course. Guests walk into the home through an airy hallway, where they will see stairs to the second level on their left, and the living space straight ahead. The cozy living area features a vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating for the whole family, a flatscreen TV, and slid-ing glass doors out to a spacious back porch. The back deck allows your party to enjoy a gor-geous view of the golf course and the foliage that surrounds the area, or a quick walk will take you right over to the Harbour Town Inn. A brand new grill and patio furniture set are available for utilization for an at home BBQ! If eating outside doesn't strike up your interest, you can head back in through the sliding door and visit the dining area on your left that has seating for up to six, and another sliding glass door - so you won't be sacrificing the view for some cool air.
You'll find everything you need for a home cooked meal in this home's kitchen. It features plen-ty of counter and cabinet space, a double tub sink, dishwasher, toaster, keurig, traditional cof-fee pot, microwave, oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Full-sized washer dryer units are located just off the kitchen for all laundry needs.
The downstairs area of this home holds one bedroom with a king sized master bed with a dresser, TV, and a spacious closet. The downstairs full bathroom boasts a high granite vanity, shower/tub combo, and a built-in hairdryer
