Hamptons Studio at One Mile Beach

Located at South One Mile Beach, Hamptons Studio is one of 3 totally separate holiday accommodations. It’s private, self-contained, and positioned on the top level, so it has the best view of the ocean and the most stunning sun rises!

There's also a mini kitchenette for those who like to eat in and equipment to wash dishes as well, plus a work station 40cm x 90cm.

Our studio sleeps 3 people with an option of renting an additional bedroom, also with its own entrance that sleeps 2 people for an additional $100 per night.

With comfortable beds and stylish décor, minutes stroll to a patrolled beach and short drive to shops, clubs and restaurants, our studio is great for an over-night stay or weekend get-away!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
All 3 of our listings have their own designated outdoor area to enjoy, however we don't allow guests to use the back garden, because we've had dogs try to dig holes in the artificial lawn; not to mention the noise factor that disturbs other guests/neighbours.

We leave a key in a key safe shortly before each check in and set a unique code to unlock the key safe. There's no staff or services such as reception like a hotel, however all guests are sent step-by-step instructions that include the code and how to enter the code. For this reason, our accommodation is not suitable for people requiring assistance to check in, or housekeeping assistance.

Once you book, it's important that you communicate with us via message, which includes receiving your check-in instructions and door code.

Unless otherwise requested, we provide linen according the booking. A booking of 2 people means we make the queen bed and provide 2 towels. A booking of 3 people means we make the queen bed, plus the single daybed and 3 towels, and you will not have access to the 2nd bedroom.

It's important to note that as the two rooms are NOT connected to each other guests staying in the 2nd bedroom will need to access the bathroom by walking through the veranda and through the Studio. We've attached a photo of the floor-plan for clarity.

There is no kitchen sink in the mini kitchenette, however with an extra high spout in the bathroom, it's easy to fill the kettle and the wash tub to wash dishes.

Allowing a pet/s to stay in our property is conditional to the pet. Reactive/non-desexed male dogs are absolutely not permitted, and no dogs are permitted unless we approve them in writing. In addition, dogs are not permitted in the common areas and must be kept on a leash while walking to and from your accommodation. Guests are charged an additional fee of $60 per pet per day for pets that we approve; and must be added to the booking in the same way people are added to the booking.

Mentioning additional people or pets in a message, does not consititue adding them to the booking (refer house rules).

As our back garden upgrade is underway, there maybe trades working during your stay between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
