Hamptons Apartment is located at south One Mile Beach, where thereâs a Surf Club, modern playground and one of Forsterâs best cafĂ©s!
Whilst it's one of 3 totally seperate holiday accommodations, Hamptons Apartment is located on the ground floor and completely seperate with a front and back entrance and exclusive use of the front outdoor area.
We have plans to convert the bedroom into two bedrooms eventually, so needless to say itâs spacious.
Apart from the queen bed plus 2 sets of bunks, the living room sofa converts to a double bed. Therefore the apartment sleeps 8 people.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a sink, double electric hotplates, saucepans, a coffee machine (using capsules), and an electric sandwich maker among other appliances.
Youâll want to take an early morning stroll to the beach, to catch a stunning sunrise. Thatâs after listening to the sound of waves breaking on the sand the night before!
For an additional fee, supervised, clean and non-shedding well-trained dogs are welcome too, but be sure to see our Conditions of Stay.
We are not a face-to-face business like a hotel. We operate 100% online, but we understand that some people prefer face-to-face check ins and therefore guests need to consider if this will suit your needs or not. Once you book, it's important that you communicate with us via the vrbo app, which includes receiving your check-in instructions and door code.
With comfortable beds and stylish décor, minutes stroll to a patrolled beach, walking distance to the Golf Club and super market our Hamptons Apartment makes for a fantastic family holiday!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
All 3 of our listings have their own designated outdoor area to enjoy, however we don't allow guests to use the back garden, because we've had dogs try to dig holes in the artificial lawn; not to mention the noise factor that disturbs other guests/neighbours.
We leave a key in a key safe shortly before each check in and set a unique code to unlock the key safe. There's no staff or services such as reception like a hotel, however all guests are sent step-by-step instructions that include the code and how to enter the code. For this reason, our accommodation is not suitable for people requiring assistance to check in, or housekeeping assistance.
We provide linen according the booking. A booking of 2 people means we make the queen bed and provide 2 towels. A booking of 4 people means we make the queen bed and provide two lots of single linen and 4 towels, ie we don't make the bunk beds.
We can't accommodate requests for early check-ins because we usually do the laundry and cleaning ourselves. All linen is washed in 60 degrees and nothing beats sun-dried sheets, however line-dried towels are not as fluffy.
Guests must add pets to the booking in the same way people are added to the booking. There is a charge of $60 per guest per night after 2 people. Mentioning additional people or pets in a message, does not consititue adding them to the booking (refer house rules). There may be other dogs in the building during your stay so it's important that guests read and abide by our rules. For example, dogs are not permitted to use the front or back garden. They also must be kept on a leash while walking to and from your accommodation. This is for the comfort of our other guests.
Being on the bottom level, some noise must be expected from guests staying upstairs.
We note that, according to the manufacturer, the upper bunk is not suitable for children under the age of 9 years old.
We have toys for under 5s and a few family games stored in our laundry and available on request for guests staying 2 nights or more.
Cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket are available on request.
Please note that whilst wifi is not lised in the list of amenaties, it's available for general internet use but not to stream TV channels.
As our back garden upgrade is underway, there maybe trades working during your stay (and making noise) between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
