N ° 304 sur le front de mer: à 50 pieds de l’eau et juste en face de la plage de Mayo, vous pourrez aller partout à pied (plage, ville, restaurants)! charme Cape Cod classique vous attend dans cette maison douce sur l'eau. Situé juste en face de la rue de Cape Cod Bay, son point de vue vous coupera le souffle. Regarder les bateaux naviguer tout en savourant votre café du matin dans le salon, griller sur la terrasse la nuit tout en admirant un magnifique coucher de soleil ou faire une courte promenade dans la rue pour profiter des restaurants les plus célèbres de Wellfleet: The Pearl, The Bookstore Café , Ceraldi et la cabane de Mac. Venture juste un peu plus loin sur la route et vous serez dans le centre-ville de Wellfleet profiter de promenades de la galerie et carrés soirées dansantes sur le port. Equipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour, et confortable pour un maximum de cinq personnes.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this quaint cottage with a beautiful view and great location. We enjoyed walking to dinner and watching a sunset on the beach. The sunrise was amazing as well! Definitely coming back.

Do not rent this dump

Unit smelled musty mildewy and damp.Parking space did not accomodate a full size pickup truck.Coffee maker only brewed luke warm coffee..had to micro wave every cup.Mattress is master was very uncomfortable.Not enough 3 prong plugs to accommodate electrics. No curtains in unit, mini blinds broken or ill fitting in windows.A/c units were so loud you could hardly sleep.The furniture was nasty old tag sale furniture.The large burner on the stove top did not work.There was a large crack in the front door so you could see outside from inside. The front door was actually an interior door not an exterior door.The bunk room was uninhabitable. So stinky smelly of mold and mildew no matter how much heat or a/c you used in that room.Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling.

This place is right across from the bay and walking distance to Wellfleet. Lovely outdoor area to sit and eat a meal. Served our needs completely.

Fabulous Cottage

This cottage was fabulous! It was super cute and exactly the right amount of space. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was great. We will definitely be looking to stay again.

Quaint seaside shanty

We really enjoyed are time in the cottage. The location is perfect for walking into town or just across the street for a beach walk. It was great for just 2 of us, very cozy. It had everything we needed! We would rent here again.

Cottage was perfect and what was explained to a Tee. Getting a call from the office to check on our first day experience was a really nice touch. Can't wait to return.

Great location to all the beaches and restaurants and close to Provincetown as well....! Plenty to do. Luke is really nice and very willing to accommodate. Slept great the entire time.

Great stay in Wellfleet

Cute little cottage across from Mayo beach. Very attentive property management company with multiple checkins and follow up. Had issue with tv and fireplace and they came that day and fixed. Would rent from Del Mar again!

Cape Getaway

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches. Cottage is rustic but comfortable. Easy to access and friendly. Told them the blinds were broken in one bedroom and they offered to come out right away. Wasn’t necessary and wasn’t urgent, just more of an FYI to fix for the next guests but was nice that they offered to come fix it right away. Again the location is wonderful.

Beautiful rental!

This rental was beautiful and an amazing location, so close to the water and town! Check in was easy and convenient. The only thing that we were uncertain on based on the listing was what to bring for the kitchen since cooking utensils weren’t mentioned in the listing. Our unit did not have a cutting board which we would have brought had we known.

It would have been nice to check in before 4. Fyi, thermostat does not control fireplace heater. Rain comes in through master bedroom window. Grill is propane, not charcoal as described. Clothesline would have been handy. Two garbage cans in kitchen but only one trash bin outside; no instructions for what to do with recycling or deposit containers. We were very comfortable and hope to return

Charming, clean, well-appointed, beach cottage!

My family (4 of us)and I rented this property earlier this summer and had an exceptional experience. The beach cottage was literally a stone's throw away from the beach with easy access. Town restaurants and nightlife were a short walk away. The outside living space (shared courtyard) was perfect for my family with a large seating area, table and grill. Inside, the unit was meticulous - clean, well appointed with pretty much everything a family needs for a beach vacation. The manager of the property was exceptionally helpful in helping us plan and set up a couple of fun day-trips and helped us out with reservations at a few of the more family friendly restaurants in the area. We had a very minor issue with a toaster that broke during the trip and a new one was delivered in far less time than I would've thought possible - really attentive management of the property. All in all it was a winner for us!

Just okay

I'll start with the pros. The location of this house is great: right on Mayo Beach and an easy walk to Wellfleet Harbor and Mac's. The cons... We are totally fine with tiny houses which this is.(We were two adults and a young child.) During high season, they are charging a heck of a lot for a house that is decorated like a college dorm room with low quality furniture and kitchen supplies. The biggest downer for us is that this house is part of several small houses grouped right next to each other. So there is no privacy if you want to have dinner outside. Note also, if you have small kids, there are extension cords all over this house. Also, the outdoor shower and washer and dryer are shared with several other houses. For the money, we will be renting elsewhere in the future.

Disappointed in Property Manager

This was our 7th year staying at this cottage (16 years total in another location on Wellfleet) - first with DelMar property management taking it over and unfortunately, might be our last. From the moment we stepped into the cottage - there was a plug in air freshener and scented garbage bags. My mother has chemical sensitivities so this did not bode well. We opened all the windows that we could - we discovered there was no screen on the window in the front bedroom. When I called to inquire - I was told that he couldn't produce the screen right away. I'm sure this didn't just happen the night before so something could've been done before we rented. I was told to turn on the AC with the windows open to circulate the air. I called Duarte Downey who we rented the cottage through and they came right down with two box fans to circulate the air. I never heard back from Luke again during our entire stay. He tried to appease me by asking me if I received their gift that was supposed to have been left by the cleaning people. We did not. They did however, leave several dust bunnies and other treasures under the dressers and beds as well as dust that probably hasn't been taken care of in years in the fireplace vent! We loved the cottage and the location but we are probably not going to be renting through DelMar again anytime soon!

Enjoyed our stay

Great location in Wellfleet! Mayo Beach is steps away and we enjoyed walking to the Bookstore for dinner. Parts of the cottage are a bit dated, but otherwise the small cottage worked well.

Loved our stay. The cottage provided everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. Communication through their portal was a bit onerous and sometimes didn't work. Responses were slow.
