Quietly located at the rear of the building, it’s a peaceful retreat just steps from Acland Street, the beach, cafes, and trams. Enjoy access to a rooftop area with stunning bay and Dandenong Range views. The studio includes a compact kitchen, comfy living space, TV, and self check-in via lockbox. Perfect for couples or solo travelers.

This sunlit studio is smartly designed for comfort and ease. The double Murphy bed folds away to reveal a cozy living space with a sofa, dining table for two, and local TV. The kitchenette features a hot plate, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine (no dishwasher). The bathroom includes a hairdryer, and there's A/C for year-round comfort. While the apartment itself doesn’t have direct views, guests can enjoy stunning rooftop vistas from the building.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the studio apartment, secure entry with lift, and one reserved spot in the building’s car park. Self check-in via lockbox makes arrival easy.

Other Things to Note:
There’s no washer or dryer in the apartment, but local laundromats are nearby.

The rooftop is a great spot to enjoy panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay and the Dandenongs.

The building is secure, quiet, and centrally located for exploring everything St Kilda has to offer.

After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
