The Neighborhood:

Tucked right at the foot of Arthurs Seat, this home sits in one of the most naturally stunning pockets of the Mornington Peninsula — wildlife is a regular sight here, with kangaroos often grazing nearby and the occasional koala passing through. Near Arthurs Seat State Park, allows you to enjoy walking trails, mountain biking, and some of the Peninsula's best lookouts, including Murrays Lookout for sweeping views over Port Phillip Bay.

For adventure seekers, the Arthurs Seat MTB Hub and the Arthurs Seat/Dromana Pump Track are both close by, while Enchanted Adventure — a treetop adventure park with zip lines, mazes, and gardens — makes for a fun half-day out, especially with kids. Wine lovers are also well placed, with Red Hill's renowned wineries including Foxeys Hangout just a short drive into the hills.

Note that a garage is not available, though guest are free to park within property premise and do street parking.

For those venturing further afield, Peninsula Link provides straightforward road access back to Melbourne, with the CBD approximately 75 minutes away by car — making this a genuine escape from the city rather than just a quick weekend stop.
