Surrounded by greenery and capturing cool ocean breezes, this newly built home is all about easy beachside living. It’s staged over two levels harmonising modern interiors with expansive outdoor spaces to create an idyllic family retreat or group getaway.

Inside, central air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter what time of year you are travelling. Two separate living areas – one upstairs and one downstairs – allow for separate entertainment zones for adults and kids, while a dedicated office caters for those working from home. The living and dining area is open plan and flows straight to the covered balcony, encouraging a sundowner outdoors. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, complete with high-quality appliances, a breakfast bar and a butler’s pantry.

Each of the four bedrooms is immaculately presented for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom highlights a sumptuous king-sized bed, with ample wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower and luxurious double vanity. The second and third bedrooms are set with queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom comes with two king-single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids. The fourth bedroom also benefits from a private ensuite, while a full main bathroom adds to your everyday convenience. You’ll also have access to a laundry room with both a washing machine and dryer.

Garage parking is provided for two cars.

The charming coastal town of Shellharbour sits just 25 kilometres from central Wollongong and a 90-minute drive south of Sydney. The area is known for its scenic foreshore walks, excellent beaches and stunning national parks. Try stand-up paddle boarding on Lake Illawarra, surfing at Warilla Beach and enjoy a dip in the picturesque Beverley Whitfield Pool. Bushrangers Bay is a popular spot for scuba diving and snorkelling, while those travelling with kids can get their thrills at Jamberoo Action Park. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, including fine diner Branches Restaurant, Relish on Addison and Nardi’s Italian.

There are two exterior cameras located at the front of the house. One is above the front door, and the other is above the garage, both facing towards the street. And two more cameras in the backyard. These cameras are for the security of the home.
