Pier Happiness offers a lakefront rental on Lake Concordia. The lake is great for boating, fishing, relaxing, swimming and water sports. Awesome views from your porch and patio. Enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Private porch, patio and boat launch on property. There are 2 privately owned residence on same property. We are located 10 miles from Natchez, Ms. While in town be sure to check out the antique shops and fantastic dining.

There is a 2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum Holiday weekends.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was just as described. It was a perfect weekend getaway for our 43rd Anniversary. We will definitely return. My husband’s only question was why didn’t I book it for a longer stay.

Great Great Great!

The pictures don’t really do it justice. The view was beautiful and the place was so great and comfortable! Perfect for our family. Communication with the hosts was wonderful! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Lake Concordia getaway

We stayed the weekend to have Christmas with our family. This property is always very clean, and Bridgette is always so helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay.

Sweet Retreat!

This was our second time staying here. Perfect for us, as my husband and his brother enjoy fishing and I enjoy relaxing with a beautiful view of the water. Very comfortable and we look forward to returning next year.

What a beautiful slice of heaven!

When I say we loved Pier Happiness we LOVED it! Not only was the home situated in a quiet area but it was immaculate and right on the water. Can’t wait to go back!!

An amazing place to stay

Mr. Tim and Mrs. Bridgett are always so welcoming and accommodating. We have stayed here the last two years for Father’s Day and absolutely love it. It’s very quiet and relaxing. We love fishing off the pier and sitting under the patio. The neighbors are so kind and offer any help should we need it. Mr. Tim and Mrs. Bridgett always respond quickly when we have any questions and are so helpful with everything. We definitely appreciate them opening them place to us.

Thanksgiving at Pier Happiness

My family and I had such a peaceful Thanksgiving week at Pier Happiness. Tim and his wife were such a pleasure to talk to about fishing and life’s fun times on Lake Concordia. We have stayed at multiple places at this lake but their place was the cleanest. We will be back soon!

Hidden Gem!

Slipped away for a few days after the July 4th weekend with 1 of my grand babies to relax and found this gem! Beautiful views!!!The property is so well kept and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our host Bridget was awesome, and our grand babies made fast friends. Fishing, fireworks, and fun, couldn't have asked for more! Looking forward to a return visit.

Happy Easter at Pier Happines

This was my family’s second visit at Pier Happines and it was another great trip. My grandson caught his first brim and turtle. The dogs enjoyed swimming by the pier and we all enjoyed kayaking. We all enjoyed relaxing on patio and night fishing for strippers around the green lights.

Best little getaway

The property is absolutely amazing. It’s exactly as described, located right on the water. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and waking up being able to sit and watch the water in the early morning and again in the evenings. Mr. Tim and Mrs. Bridgett were so accommodating and answered right away when we had any questions. Definitely one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. The neighbors are super friendly and so kind, making sure we found everything we needed upon arriving. We will definitely be staying again.

Lakeside Gem

Our family was visiting the south for the first time, and we were looking for a place near Natchez. We came across this house, and it turned out to be a true gem! The property manager and neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we did some touring of nearby sites, we spent a lot of time sitting on the back porch or on the dock looking at the beautiful lake and wildlife. My husband fished and my daughter kayaked while I read and relaxed. We all agreed that this is a place we would like to visit again, and we would definitely stay at this house!
