Sea-Ya! is a spacious beach front home with many amenities. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large open living space which includes a large living room, bright dining room with seating for 6 and a well-equipped kitchen. The living area has plenty of seating, a 60" smart TV with blu ray DVD and streaming. The house also features a stereo/CD player, 3 additional smart TVs in the bedrooms, free wireless internet, outdoor shower with hot and cold water and fish cleaning sink.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a pack & play crib for our young guests and a booster seat. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All the rooms have large windows to enjoy the wonderful views.
The main living area has an open floor plan. The kitchen has full size stainless appliances, many pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, serving pieces and small appliances such as crock pot, mixer, food processor, waffle iron, popcorn maker, griddle and more. There is both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The house is well-maintained with many amenities. To enjoy the views, there are large windows in each room to let in ample light as well as the fabulous scenery.
There is a private game room with a full-size slate pool table, corn hole game and foos ball table. A 6-person hot tub is on the deck where you can enjoy the views of the beach or watch the stars at night! hot tub.
The x-large decks have plenty of deck furniture to enjoy the views of the Gulf. Enjoy a meal on the upper or lower deck at the dining tables or relax in one of the deck chairs or chaise lounges! There is a gate on the deck to keep pets from running down the stairs! The stairs open to a fenced area so you can keep a close eye on your pets or children!
A few steps away from the house is one of the world's most beautiful beaches. The house is on 100' of beachfront offering you fabulous views of sunrises year-round and sunsets in the winter.
Sea-Ya! is an amazing vacation location for you and your family. Swim with the dolphins, fish, or just recline on the white, sugary sand beach. When you're done with the beach, enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower and prepare the day's catch on the park-style charcoal grill. Then enjoy a game of pool and soak in the large hot tub.
At night, enjoy a show from the deck as you watch the stars as they light up the sky! Yes! You can actually see the stars because St. George Island does not have any light pollution!!
There is plenty of parking for your boat, golf cart, cars and bikes!
We are pet friendly! Up to 2 any-size dogs (no other types of pets please) can stay at the house at a time (pet stay will apply – 15% of all pay stays are donated to the Franklin County Humane Society). We supply a large indoor dog crate for your four-legged family members! The fenced yard is perfect for dogs. It has access from the deck (and the deck has a gate as well). Please bring covers if your dog sits on furniture.
Our guests receive discounts on golf cart, kayak, paddle board etc. rentals - depending on availability and season. Plus, for guests staying up to 21 days, we provide a credit from VayK Gear!

Cancellation Policy: We highly recommend CANCEL FOR ANY REASON Travel Insurance to protect your trip.
For cancellations made 61 days or longer before arrival: 85% of your total booking will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your reservation arrival date (VRBO collects their own fee, therefore we cannot refund their portion of your deposit if you booked through VRBO).
For cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival date: The entire amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
