We welcome you to Curlewis Trailhouse, a spacious and inviting home tucked alongside the scenic Bellarine Rail Trail. With nearby wineries, coastal charm, and one of the region’s top golf clubs just minutes away, this home offers the perfect base for both relaxation and exploration.
Located in Curlewis, this home borders the picturesque Bellarine Rail Trail – ideal for nature walks, cycling, or a peaceful morning with your coffee. You`re also just a short walk to Lake Lorne, a 5-minute drive to Curlewis Golf Club, and within easy reach of renowned local wineries like Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill, and Bellarine Estate.
This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home provides generous space for families or groups, with modern amenities including Smart TV, free WiFi, washing machine for longer stays, BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining, workspace for remote work, double garage for secure parking
Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):
Bedroom 1 – Queen-size bed with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed with built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds with built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 – Bunk bed (double base, single upper) with built-in wardrobe
*All guests are required to complete our verification process, including ID verification and providing a credit card for a security deposit, prior to accessing the property.*
Strict house rules apply and are enforced when reserving this property including no parties, excessive noise or outside guests. By reserving this home all guests agree to adhere to the full guest house rules. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as fines or untimely ejection from the home.
